Apartamentos Iris - Sa Coma (Mallorca)

Stayed for holiday and had a lovely experience. Stayed here with my family, everything was very good. I really enjoyed the owner and very helpful staff. Location was fantastic and incredible, short walk to shops and local supermarket, the beach, local supermarket and a vast array of restaurants and bars, and a quiet residential area. Also, it was based close to everything.

I had a wonderful time staying at these beautiful apartments. the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the beach and town. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the manager was friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. the pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved being able to use the BBQ facilities. It was great to have our own terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

There was some noise from other guests playing ball against the walls, which disrupted our peaceful terrace experience.

Stayed here with my baby, everything was really good. Location was unbeatable and fantastic in the safe area really close to the sa coma beach, the sea and the city center and the shops, beaches and restaurants. Loved views of the sea.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Apartamentos Iris. Our stay was 1 week long and the apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The cleaners Jeanie and Rita did an excellent job keeping the apartment spotless, and the owner Juan Jo was always helpful and polite. The location was great, with the beach, bus stops, hypermarket, and shops/restaurants all nearby. The pool area was well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and shade. The apartments were well equipped with a kitchen and BBQ facilities, making it easy to cook our own meals. a wonderful experience with great customer service.

Clean apartments with excellent cleaning service. Towels changed twice a week, bedding changed once a week. Well-equipped kitchen and BBQ facilities available. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and shade. Ideal for families with children aged 6 to 11 years.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the quiet residential area was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The small complex of apartments created a cozy atmosphere, and the pool was always clean with plenty of loungers available. The best part was the location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy our holiday without having to travel too far.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The air conditioning in the apartment was a bit weak, and it was controlled by only one console for the entire living room and bedrooms.

We had a great value for our money at Iris. The room was spacious and decorated , perfect for our family of five. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and local buses. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the towels were changed regularly.

The morning meal could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and freshness.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with Cala lombadas beach just a short distance away, providing an amazing beach experience. the hotel was conveniently situated close to shops and amenities, making it easy to access everything we needed.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with blood stains on the bed linen and unclean bathroom towels, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Great for families with young children, fenced and private, steps from the pool, can see kids from kitchen, comfy beds.

Felt so taken care of, nothing too much trouble.
